Here at L&K Development we strive to provide exceptional service and expertise on every project and to exceed our client’s expectations. 
 

We’re family owned and operated and based out of Bradenton, Florida, which allows us to effectively service Manatee, Sarasota, Hillsborough and Hardee County. 
 

Together Levi and Katie are raising four wonderful boys in their hometown of Bradenton, Florida and on their free time you’ll find them boating, hunting, riding dirt bikes, watching football or enjoying that Florida sunshine.

 

Levi has spent the last 18+ years of his career in the Construction Industry primarily working as a Finish Operator which included roadway construction and foundation work in both Residential and Commercial fields all throughout Central Florida.

 

Meanwhile, Katie over the last 10+ years has worked as a Real Estate Law/Corporate Paralegal, but also spent time in the Administration/Finance and Customer Service fields.

 

Construction and Real Estate development is our passion and we take pride in all the work we’ve put in over the years and the knowledge we’ve gained by some great companies and education.  Running our own business has been a goal of ours for years and we’re excited to see where this takes us.
